It seems like yesterday, but it's been exactly a year ago since Mr. Ofori departed this Earth of ours to be with his Maker. He may be gone but surely will never be forgotten. His beatific smile and memory will live in our hearts for many years to come. We thank the Almighty for the old man's fruitful legacy and pleasant memories which forever will shine brightly in our lives.

As Frank's close friend, my heart's broken at the sudden passing of his beloved father. I mourn with the entire Ofori family. I knew the old man in the neighborhood, as well as Kojo (Aussie) and Ruby. Our heartfelt condolences to the entire Ofori family. My family's thoughts and prayers are with the entire Ofori family. May Mr. Ofori rest in perfect peace! God bless the Ofori family!

Kamal's Tribute

July 23, 2012
Grandpa was someone who always wanted the best for me. He would always ask me about my education and he always wanted me to excel far beyond my peers. I just wish he could have seen me do it!
May God have mercy on him.

Rakaya Fetuga's Tribute

July 23, 2012

My Grandfather John Clifford was a kind and caring man who always encouraged my brothers and I to make the most of every opportunity and to work hard at becoming well rounded individuals.  I remember being so happy to go and visit him at his house in London and only wish I could have come to Ghana in these past few years to meet him again.  May God bless him and may he rest in peace

A Tribute From the Grandchildren

July 22, 2012

Our grandfather lived a remarkable life, one that inspired us greatly. The range of interests he pursued and his joyful demeanour made him a magnificent person. He was always generous with his time and affection.

He will be with us in our hearts. He will always be in our minds and he will always be close to us and will never be forgotten. His approach to life was admirable. He never displayed anger or impatience. Instead, he displayed a sense of boundlessness, dignity and humour.

He was a great mentor to have, not only for us as a grandfather but also for everybody who knew him. He was benevolent and compassionate. We possess many wonderful memories to treasure for eternity.

We are not truly without him, for he is in our hearts now and always. He was not only a grandfather to us but a dear friend. Whenever we were in his company we experienced love, warmth and comfort. We represent many who owe him a great debt and who are perpetually grateful for his succour. We have a legacy of love from this congenial and humble man.

We will miss our grandfather immensely. Nothing will erase him from our hearts.

Grandfather, you are a role model and a companion. Your love will guide us through our time here on earth.
