This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Larry MacArthur, 67 years old, born on March 15, 1945, and passed away on November 13, 2012. We will remember him forever.
Larry and I both had March birthdays...so it was a time to send each other good birthday wishes. He will always be in my heart even though he is no longer here.
Wanted to let you know I continue to think of your family and of Larry. I thought about all of you a lot yesterday. I know it was Tara's birthday (Happy Belated Birthday, Tara!) and it was mine, too. This year was the first in 19 years that I didn't receive a card or some kind of greeting from Larry but I trust that he is watching over all of you and in a peaceful place.
Dear Jayne and family, I was privileged to have known Larry in the 80s when we worked together at Multiprop and he always brings a smile to my face whenever I think of him. He gladly shared his time and experience helping me when I was a new realtor as well as leaving a chocolate treat on my desk when he knew it was my birthday! He was so special.
Dear Jayne, Tara, and Jed, I am thinking of you today and how blessed we all were to have Larry in our lives. Without a doubt he was one of the finest people I ever knew. I miss him every day and especially on his special day.
Dear Jayne, Tara and Jed, I can't think of Boulder without Larry...his great smile warming up everyone, his quick witty quips, his embracing of life, family and friends and as always his ability to organize us all to do whatever was fun in life...I can't find the words to say how much our family will miss his presence. Tommie, John, Tanya and Ryan
Dear Jayne, Tara, and Jed, We have the best memories of Larry throughout the years from many an evening at the Catacombs, marriage, raising kids, swim team, family parties, Iowa family, buying our house, and just being longtime friends. We loved Larry and his gentle, easy going smile and love of life! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. xo Jan and Eric
So blessed to have had Larry for a brother. You can't pick your relatives but if I could have I would have picked him. He was often the glue in the family, getting us together and reminding us to call each other. His generosity and kindness were extraordinary.
Dear Jayne, Mike and I are thinking about you all, knowing that Larry will be in all of our hearts and memories forever. Fondly, Susie and Mike Koprowski.
Larry was one of the coolest people I've ever known. He had an awesome sense of humor, and was kind and generous with everyone (except at the poker table where he befuddled us all). I'll miss him a lot. Kyle Richardson
Dear Jayne, Tara and Jed, Larry has been one of the most influential people in my life. His generosity and kindness are inspirational and his gentle spirit and sense of humor are truly remarkable traits. I feel so honored to have worked for him and am forever grateful for the opportunity to have learned from him. Wishing you strength and peace, Julie Bean
I am so lucky to have been married to Larry for more than 40 years. He made me laugh almost every single day! Tara, Jed and I all had such a great time together, and he will be very greatly missed by all of us.
Dear Jayne, Tara, and Jed, I will always see that wonderful smile when I think of Larry. He was my dear friend and real estate mentor. Sending love and healing wishes to you. Susan Weeks
Dear Jayne and Kids- i am truly so sad that we have all lost a wonderful friend. He was such a very nice guy. Sweet, sly, funny, kind,generous.... all good things. I will miss him very much. With love and sympathy, Lois Purtell
Dearest Jayne and family, Such great memories I have of our friendship from as far back as college. Larry had to leave his family and friends way too soon and he will be missed so very much. My prayers and love to all of you, Karen Carpenter
