Chrystal High-Morris and Family
Lodema Williamson Turner, 80, passed away Monday, August 4, 2014 at her home in Durham, N.C.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late Beverly Thomas and Jenny Mae Williamson. She was a homemaker.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor. Burial will be at South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem.
Surviving are her daughter, Betty Jean T. Williams of Franklinton, three sons; Ralph Turner and wife Doris, Melvin Turner, James Turner and wife Dolly all of Durham, two sisters; Ludi Hudson of Nelson, Virginia and Virginia Dickerson of Henderson, two brothers; Willie Lewis Williamson of Stovall and Jimmy Williamson of Grassy Creek, thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard B. Turner, and a daughter, Patricia Nichols.
Visitation will be held Wednesday evening August 6, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor.
