Louis Purnell Jordan, Jr., affectionately known to the family as "Junior", was born on June 29, 1975. He was the beloved son of Louis P. Jordan, Sr., and Elaine Jordan. Loving husband to Kirsten Jordan, and devoted father to Mariah Scriber, Amon and Anya Jordan. On September 12, the Lord softly whispered in his ear to come home; he passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held on Saturday September 18, 2021 at Saint Mark Union American Methodist Episcopal (UAME) Church (45685 Happyland Rd, Valley Lee, Maryland 20692) from 10:00 a.m. until the commencement of his Homegoing Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment: St. Marks' Church Cemetery. Due to the ongoing pandemic, attendees must remain spaced at least six (6) feet apart, wear masks, and not share objects. Stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 as people with mild symptoms can transmit the virus to others.
