Our Wonderful Friendship
Our friendship began when I worked as Church Secretary at The Worship Place and Margaret was my right-hand volunteer. She was always there when I called on her (sometimes at the last minute). She and Bob would come in with their wonderful smiles and ask "what can we do today?" I enjoyed when Bob and Margaret would usher at our Sunday mornings services and seeing them would hold hands during the service would restore my faith in true love.
Once I retired, our relationship only grow stronger. We would enjoy lunch together (and do some shopping) or just have a casual conversation on the phone. The funniest thing about our lunches was every time we planned a lunch Bob would ask "can I come?" Margaret and I would just laugh and say "No Bob, it's for girls only". Oh how I will miss those lunches. I loved this lady.
I will keep Bob, Don, Dale and the entire family in my thoughts and prayers.

The Halls
I met her in the halls of Scott & White. Mr. & Mrs. Purkey. They were looking for the break room. They would walk in holding hands and gazing into eachOn several occasions, Miss Margaret would stop by and assist with the teasing of a fellow co-worker, Joe. We'd have a good, brief laugh! I remember once, she wasn't feeling well and my sister and I took her and Mr. Bob into our stress room -to check her vitals and allow her to wait until her doctor's appointment. Oh, the hugs and love we received from both of them! Watching how attentive they were to each other was completely amazing! I think I can honestly say that everyone here (Scott & White) identifies them as the "love birds"! I loved seeing them holding hands, smiling, and gazing! That is priceless! Her smile & love is already missed!
I pray that You (her family and close friends) are comforted in this time of loss. But just think, she is in the Savior's arms -no longer having a care in this world. She is being greeted by so many people that have gone before; walking those streets of gold with the Lord! Take heart that Heaven has gained our ANGEL! Mr. Purkey, hope to see you back in those halls. We (my sis & I) love you guys! Be blessed!
