Her Life

 Margaret Lucinda Snowden, a lifetime resident of Annapolis, Maryland, departed this life on Tuesday, April 7th, 2010. She was born on March 11, 1932 to the late Emma and Eugene Snowden.

Margaret recieved her education in the Anne Arundel County Public school system. She was baptized at Beacon Light SDA Church on May 11,1968.

Margaret lived for her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Margaret welcomed anyone into her home. She always made them feel part of the family. Margaret was a longtime homemaker.

Margaret loved to listen to her church music and watch her church services on TV. She always loved to spend time with her family. She loved helping out in her community and at Beacon Light Church every Tuesday with her buddies. She also loved to attend the 6:00 am weekly prayer service. She is best know for her potato salad and her mashed potatoes.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Emma and Eugene Snowden; Sister, Jeanette Johnson; and Brothers, Jerome Snowden and William Snowden.

She leaves her precious memories to be cherished by her wonderful children, Christine Williams, Curtis Williams, Margaret Bratcher (Donald), Carroll Williams (Bonnie), Janet Diggs (Bruce), Terry Wade (Eric), Keith Williams (Diane), and Constance Jones (Alonza). Extended Family Inculdes: Angela Spriggs, Clara Donegan, and Elizabeth Donegan. Sisters, Daisy Downs, Emma Makell, Minnie Makell, Beverly Francis, and Audrey Brown; Brothers, Lois Snowden and Joesph Snowden; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends. Margaret was loved by everyone and we all miss her. She was a great woman.
