Marilyn Diane (Williamson) Chance was born January 23, 1964 in Purcell, Oklahoma and her journey in this life was complete on March 1, 2016 in The Woodlands, Texas.
She Attended Noble Schools from first grade through graduation in 1982. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans in 1991 and worked toward a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Capital University in Columbus, OH.
Survivors include her husband Michael Chance and daughter Megan and son Mason, The Woodlands, TX; her mother Gwen Williamson, Noble; three sisters and husbands, Donna & David McCrory, Noble; Debra & Michael Dover, Noble; Cynthia & Michael Thornhill, Phoenix, AZ; and one brother and wife, Drew & Lizette Williamson, Oklahoma City. Her in-laws Adell & Hal Chance, Spring, TX; sister in-law and husband, Karen & Doug Storey. Nieces and Nephews: Andrea & Lance Whisman, Bixby, Kevin & Julie McCrory, Noble; Kristal & Loren Standridge, Noble; Stephen & Maegen Dover, Moore; Matthew & Chenelle Thornhill, Lexington; Jake Storey, Houston; Conner Storey, Houston; and numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins, friends and family.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her father Andrew Williamson, Grandparents WC “Skeet” and Jewell Moody; Nolan and Ina Williamson; and niece Erica (Dover) Carpenter.
Marilyn enjoyed antiquing, going to car shows, concerts, traveling and most of all spending time with her husband, children and family. She had recently worked as an accountant for Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District, Conroe, TX; and Methodist Retirement Communities, The Woodlands, TX Career also Included: First Gibralter Bank - Irving, TX., First Commerce Corp - New Orleans LA., Accounting Manager - Bank One - Columbus Ohio., Senior Trust Administrator., JP Morgan Chase - Houston TX.
Memorial Service will be held at The Grand Canadian Theater for family and friends, 116 W. Main St., Purcell, OK 73080. 405-693-0449. on Saturday March 12th 2016 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM with a service at 11:00 AM .
Flowers can be delivered to the Theater Wednesday or Friday between 1pm-5pm or special arrangements can be made by calling the Theater.
