RIP Ms. Donis-Kestler. I have never met you but I can only imagine what a kind and loving person you were to have raised a son like Ricky.

Cherish all those wonderful memories as those are the most beautiful gifts your mother have given you.

She was a kind and remarkable woman. Not only did she love Alyssa but she cared for my whole family and I. She always included all of us. I will never forget her acceptance and love and neither will my family.
Thank you for being the greatest great-grandmother to my kids. You will be missed deeply.
Prayers and hugs to the family.
the Rich Family.

I loved Marta from the first moment I met her. What a vivacious, engaging, and lovely lady, full of love for her family and friends. She included me as part of her family, and loved my son, Brian, as her own. I had the wonderful fortune of spending time with her over the years I knew her whenever I would go to New York to see our boys. Her entire life was a celebration, from preparing Christmas dinner to going to see a Harry Potter movie with us. I loved and cherish every moment I had with her. I will miss her!

I was plannig my trip for the celebration of your 90 years dear Aunt, but now, I promise you our reunion will be held some other time, some where else. Please accept my deepest admiration and my love.

.....My love for my beautiful Aunt Marta ( PINKY), her nickname, my dad named her, since she was the youngest of her siblings)....My Aunt also called my dad and herself " Alpha and Omega " due their respective age differences. After my own parents, I loved her so much.....She was also my confidante and my bestest friend. Will I ever stop crying?....say hello to my daddy and mommy.....and I will see you again, Si?.........Te amo, tu Yayita

I only met Marta once, on Roy's 40th birthday. I did, however, know her through the love and relationship of her son Roy. She will be missed by all.

Marti, the last of my aunts. God Bless you and grant you happiness in heaven with your siblings. I will always remember you and thank you for your advice. I love you and I will see you again.

Marta always treated me as if I was a member of the family. I remember days on the Jersey Shore where she literally gave me the shirt off her back because the chilly winds were too much for me. She also gave me a sun hat because I was starting to burn. But that's Marta in a nutshell, always giving. I will miss our visits. You have been a light in my life.

Every Thanksgiving, I reminisce about one of my favorite Thanksgivings EVER! It was 2003 and I was welcomed by sweet Marta to dine in her comfy home. The meal was phenomenal! Marta cooked the most amazing dishes, and I know it was lots of work, but she was as cool as could be. One casserole really stood out: her cabbage dish! It was delicious, so I asked her for the recipe and she graciously shared it with me. After the divine meal, we watched 'Finding Nemo.' I remember her chatting with everyone, and it was such a relaxing experience. It was a true pleasure to enjoy that fabulous meal and holiday with Marta. I will never forget her kindness.
