The moment l met Nneka your daughter the chemistry clicked and ever since we became good friends/ sisters. On February 2nrd that dreaded call came through from Nne " Ngo papa m anwugo" l commiserated with her. I said to myself a good,  and Godly gentle man has gone  even though l haven't met you personally but l knew you had an expectional quality having raised a lady l call my friend.
Nneka, although your heart may be broken,
There's no need to weep for him
he is in a wonderful place now,
Where he is happy and so carefree.
He had to go, but have left behind
Good memories to comfort you.
Concentrate on the best times you had,
And try not to feel so blue.
So try to lift up your heads now,
And dare to set grief aside,
Because we will all met to part no more. he will be waiting there for you,
To welcome you to the other side.Rest in peace Papa.

Death is inevitable, but you can never be prepared or ready to lose someone so dear to you. Papa, I really still can't believe that you are gone. Your death has left a big vacuum in my heart.

I was truly blessed, lucky and fortunate to have had a father like you. Papa you thought me the most significant morals and values of life, which are;
To always put God first
To be true to myself
To be honest
To be kind
It breaks my heart that I didn't get to say goodbye and my kids (Gabriella & Giovanni) didn't get the chance to meet the most awesome, wonderful and loving grandfather in the world.

Though death has taken you away from me, but you will always be in my heart forever...

Rest in peace my beloved Father.

Lots of love
Your daughter Edu baba oo... like you normally call me.

I knew this day will come, but it came too swiftly, 37 days after I left you. How prepared can one really be? How ready can one really be to accept the loss of an irreplaceable?
The number one good man I ever knew and loved!
I feel so lucky & fortunate to have you as my father.
Thank you for who you are.
Thank you for your faithfulness.
Thank you for your commitment.
Thank you for teaching me to be fearless.
Thank you for teaching me to be true to myself. Thank you for your prayers.
Thank you for being there for me always. Thank you for teaching me the importance of spirituality. Thank you for the discipline, it has shaped me to be the woman I am today. You demonstrated what it means to be a loving, loyal & faithful husband to your lovely wife(my mother)
I often wonder what manner of man you are,
Papa I love you for an infinite number of reasons, your consistency, your common sense, your values....you left an indelible footprint,
You set the bar so high, the standard almost unrealistic in today's world yet you lived it,
A life of uprightness, devotion, discipline & contentment.
Papa I'll never forget the stories, proverbs, laughter etc. I'll miss you greatly as my father, mentor & friend!
You are the best papa, Inestimable, a good man, a great teacher, an extraordinary husband, a super dad, an outstanding human being! Live on papa, live on!
Your daughter Nne, as you fondly call me.
