"Friendship is a connection that does not weaken in death but instead grows stronger for those who remember."

Every time I drive by your apartment, a smile visits my face. May your children continue to bless you in how they love others.

Your mother is always with you…
She’s the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.
She’s the smell of bleach in
your freshly laundered socks.
She’s the cool hand on your
brow when you’re not well.
Your mother lives inside
your laughter. She’s crystallized
in every tear drop…
She’s the place you came from,
your first home... She’s the map you
follow with every step that you take.
She’s your first love and your first heart
break….and nothing on earth can separate you.
Not time, Not space…
Not even death….
will ever separate you
from your mother….
You carry her inside of you….

Mothers are faithful companions and confidants even in the most difficult times. A mother's love is irreplaceable, which makes losing her an incredibly painful experience. But God, in His mercy, gives us a peace that passes all understanding when we fix our eyes on Him. For, if we are in Christ, death is but a new beginning. Mom, we will meet again over there, but until then...know that you are remembered with love and a smile!!

Every time I drive by the Retirement Village, I smile and remember this awesome lady! She was a hoot and would have you laughing to the point of crying with her jokes and stories. Here's to you, Mom!!

My thoughts are in Webster City since I can't be there in person. I envision the old dining room table on the farm, with everyone gathered round talking about their day. Grandma Ruth is putting down the last platter of food while getting teased by Grandad! Nadine, Ardys, Martha, Harley and Pat are shiny faced and happily dreaming of the lives they will create! Rest in peace & thanks...

Pat was a very special aunt - always loving & understanding, with a wonderful sense of humor. Her hands were never idle, nor was her mind. Pat bore much pain and hardship with tremendous grace and never gave up. She was able to take bits and pieces of nothing much and make them into things of beauty. She enriched the world and all who knew her. I love her and wish her peace.

Mine as well as my families deepest condolences.I haven't seen Pat in years but have been fortunate enough to have her son Pete as an amazing husband to my mom, stepfather to myself and my sister and Papa Pete to his five grandchildren...So I know the amazing women she was by being blessed with the son she raised.....Beautiful memorial page....She was blessed with years and eternity.....

"Mom" was a very vivacious, fun-loving woman who drew people to her like a moth to a flame. She had an infectious smile that lit up the room! I am all the better for knowing her, and I will rejoice in the knowledge that I will see her again in Glory!
