Patrick Marion Ellis was born on October 5, 1971 in Omaha, NE to Thomas and Jennifer (Dixon) Ellis. He attended school in North Platte, NE and graduated from North Platte High School in 1990 and attended Kearney State College with an emphasis in Agronomy. His first job brought him to West Point with E-Valley Agronomy and he later started his own company Outdoor Ag as an Agronomy consultant.

Pat was a member of West Point Rescue for 21 years, was very active in the Elkhorn Valley Pheasants Forever Chapter, West Point Sportsman’s Club, West Point Eagles Club, he helped coach the West Point High School Trapshooting Team, was involved with the Youth Mentor Hunts, and helped every year with the Last Fling ‘til Spring Car Show. He loved being outdoors, whether it was hunting pheasants, fishing, camping, boating, or just being with friends and family.

We are so sorry for all of Pats family! Pat was in our home a lot in Elwood while the guys were in college. One particular memory was when he & our oldest son brought home mushrooms they had picked. They deep fat fried them and were delicious! Purr thoughts are with you! Donnie & Sandy Franzen
