"I am blessed to have had Perry as a friend, and one of the best staff officers I worked for (SO2AM) in the GDF. I learned so much from him and will never forget him. He touched my life so incredibly by his kind, welcoming spirit. I will always remember, and be grateful to have known him. Our prayers go out to your family.

Perry was an active member of the APNU North American Forum, and a major contributor of ideas at meetings. In fact, he was instrumental in preparing the Admin Orders for Presidential Candidate, David Granger's visit to the USA in 2011. The Forum sends its heartfelt condolences to his wife, Dawn; their four children grandchildren, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace Perry.

Happy are those who mourn; God will comfort them! I first met the late Perry Foo when he was a pupil teacher at St. Mary’s R.C. School in Guyana. We met again when he joined the GDF as an Officer Cadet where he later tutored me while I attended the GDF’s Junior Command and Staff Course. Colonel Foo carved his name into the history of the GDF where it ought to remain. May Perry’s soul rest in Peace
