I was very blessed to have had been Phil's partner in Houston. He believed in me and gave me a chance to prove that I could take this market on. In fact it has been 25 years that we have been here in the Houston Market this week. I know he would have  been so very proud of what I have done with this market and he would be celebrating right along with us. I remember opening so many centers with Phil. He taught me what to look for in locations and how to negotiate with individuals who thought they could pull one over on him. I loved when he came and visited us in Houston. He always had a joke to tell me and he also taught me about advertising and always how to save a dollar. It is my honor to have him as one of my partners, Thank You Phil...from the bottom of my heart. Until we meet again.
