Dear Family and Friends,
Ralph was a God-fearing man and loved the Bible as well as shared it with others. We enjoyed good times with him and he left us with many memories to draw upon. Ralph relied on God every day.
We derive great comfort by the Holy Scriptures which prove and guarantee that Christ Jesus, Our King and Redeemer promises to raise Ralph back to life.
HisFather, Jehovah God designated all authority to his Son. We grieve now but Ralph is only asleep until Christ calls him as he did with his friend, Lazarus. When this happens, Ralph will no longer be bothered by illness!
He is survived by his sisters: Viviana Eileen Forrest, Miriam Anna Parker, and Monica Anna Barksdale; brother: Peter Nunez, III.

THE GRIEVING PROCESS:
The word "process" does not imply that grief has any fixed schedule or program. Grief reactions can overlap and take varying lengths of time, depending on the individual. This list is not complete. Other reactions may also be manifested. The following are some of the symptoms of grief that we might experience.
Early reactions: Initial shock; disbelief, denial; emotional numbness; guilt feelings; anger.
Acute grief may include: Memory loss and insomnia; extreme fatigue; abrupt changes of mood; flawed judgment and thinking; bouts of crying; appetite changes, with resultant weight loss or gain; a variety of symptoms of disturbed health; lethargy; reduced work capacity; hallucinations--feeling, hearing, seeing the deceased, in the loss of a child, irrational resentment of your spouse.
Leveling-Off Period: Sadness with nostalgia; more pleasant memories of the deceased, even tinged with humor.
Matthew 7:7-16: "When praying, do not say the same things over and over again as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words. 8 So do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need even before you ask him. 9 “You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth. 11 Give us today our bread for this day; 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the wicked one.’ 14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; 15 whereas if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
John 5:25 - “Most truly I say to you, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live....26 For just as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted also to the Son to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to do judging, because he is the Son of man. 28 Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice
29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. 30 I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative.
Just as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him who sent me."
Revelation 21:3,4 ~ "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
Psalm 37:11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
Psalm 37:29 The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.
Daniel 2:44 ~ “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever ~
