The last moment I had with Raph was enjoying a beer during the NDG street fair last summer. It was a beautiful sunny day with food trucks lined up on Monkland avenue. We gave each other hugs and we were both happy to see each other. Your loving wife and son were there too. It was a beautiful day, we talked about rugby, life and friends. We talked about me moving out west and I remembered your thoughtful words and wishing me all the best.

Raph, I will truly miss you and your quirky smile and genuine laugh. I am truly shattered to hear the news and I will miss you always. I'm sending my prayers to your loving wife Tiffany and son Ethan

Love

As I mentioned our relationship with Raphael over these last 3 years has been of a great friendship, with his knowledge of making all our aches and pains dissapear, training in the gym or park and our wonderful evenings all together..He was one in a million...NEVER TO BE FORGOTTEN,BUT REMEMBERED TODAY,TOMORROW AND ALWAYS...

I'm absolutely devistated. May you rest in peace old friend. My deepest sympathies go out to your family and friends. 1979. I remember like it was yesterday, when you and your Mom road up on your bycycles to welcome me and my family into the neighbourhood. We became instant friends. Through out our childhood years and into our teenage years, we had so much fun! As adults we may have been busy with our own lives, but you remained a special person to me. We did alot of growing up together. How could you not influence part of who I am today? Even though I have not seen you in a while, I will miss you just the same because I realize you are no longer with us...

Our deepest condolences to Tiffany, Ethan and the entire family. Raph. was a colleague and a friend. We are devastated. Our relationship felt unique although I think Raph had the ability to make everyone feel that way. His passion for what he did and the sincerity he brought to his profession will be missed.

Rest in peace our friend,

Jason Retter and Lindsay Hollinger

I don't have the words to express my deepest condolences to Raphael's family.

Raphael and I were classmates at Concorda during the AT days. He made me laugh right away and that was it. I finally met someone that laugh louder then me.

We got back in touch over the past couple of years. We mostly talked about family. He was so proud of his family. He is going to be deeply missed.

Rest in peace Raph

My most heartfelt condolences to Raph's family
Raph, my healer, my trainer, and my dear friend.
A gentle soul, so caring, so devoted to helping everyone in his life, always smiling, always encouraging, sharing stories, laughter and kindness. I used to joke with Raph asking him if I was his favorite client he would laugh and tell me that I was special, but I knew that everyone in his life was special and he made each person feel sospecial. Raph connected with people easily and beautifully. So talented in his work, so caring in his life, truly a rare treasure, my heart is broken,I will miss him terribly and send my sincere sympathies to his beloved family, may your beautiful memories of this wonderful man stay with you forever and provide you with some comfort and strength during this most difficult time.

how wonderful they are. Raph was Carly's therapist and she adored him. We are so very sorry for you both.

My deepest sympathies to Tiffany, Ethan, Guillaume, M.and Mrs. Jabbour, and all of his friends and family. We met at Vanier College and we dated for a short period. We did our lifeguard course together, worked at supercamp and had spent some really great times together. You introduced me to rugby and you taught me a lot about having a good time. You had the best sense of humor and always had a grin on your face. We lost touch for a good while but I was glad that our paths crossed again at the COQ (Centre Osteopathy Quebec). It was nice to have met your wife Tiffany and your beautiful boy Ethan. You loved them both so much and you will be greatly missed. You touched my heart in many ways. Thanks for all the memories. May you rest in peace. Love, Cathy

Dear friends,

Where do I start...

I do not know what to say or were to begin with when talking about Raphael...

Too his family and friends I will say this...

Words cannot explain how this man has changed so many people lives...specially mines.
As once a student of Raph it did not take too long for me to realize how great his knowledge and wisdoms was. He was a man with a few words but had great meaning in each of them.

I will dedicate everything he has thought me and use it as best as I can....
And I believe it is the best way that I can do to live up through him and keep him alive all inside of us.

I will never forget what he said to me the day he gave me my corrective condition certificate..."I like what you did..nice..." And then smiled

What he said makes me laugh and proud at the same time because I know what he said really meant more than "nice"...as you all know what he really means when he gave you that smile :)

Thank you my teacher, my mentor and most importantly my friend...
until next time. I will see you again.

your friend,

Fadlo

Please accept my deepest, most sincere condolences. The way I remember Raph from CEGEP is: extremely smart, kind of "quirky" with a dangerously clever sense of humour and of course, just below the surface, a big generous heart. My thoughts are with his friends and loved ones, especially his partner and child.

Dearest all who loved and were loved by/treated by/came in contact with/was a student of Raphael:

I know you are hurting like I am and Shehrazade kindly made this space for us.

Raphael was not only my osteopath/trainer. He was my therapist, friend and mentor. He was outstanding at his profession, a kind, generous and good hearted soul and I will miss him terribly.

Sending hugs to his darling wife Tiffany and son Ethan.
