We planned that you'll celebrate your 90th birthday in a big way, you told me how you'll dance that day and I'll cover the event for our Announcer- province's newsletter. Akamba sister or ma una as my people always called you i miss you dearly. Each time you meet people from akpabuyo or those in calabar you always send your happy greetings to me. You have really inspired me to be what I am today and to really have integrity as my watch word. Yes you never had a child of your own but your children are everywhere remembering your care and love for them. Farewell Sr. Akamba. I remember your gentility and advises to us at Afaha Oku years ago. It molded us and made us who we are today. Its saddening that you are no more. You will be greatly missed. May your soul rest in peace. Amen.

Sr. Akamba, you were indeed a mother dear. I miss you greatly especially for the fact that my yet to be launched personal apostolate for aged religious was fashioned out with you in mind.
