Richard was one of my role models. I used to be a seminar leader and for awhile was on the path to be a forum leader. The thing about him is he makes hard to understand concepts seems easy, with his "Logic is inescapable" style. He, Jerome and Poorani lead the legendary one-of-its-kind, history-in-the-making 2,000 people Landmark Forum in Bangkok that I am proud to be a part of. It was a clear (evidence-in-the-face) demonstration of what is possible for human-beings and what is achievable when like-minded individuals come together. His place will forever be etched in the history of the human race as the person who massively tilted the world's direction towards transformation. With his parting, the world has lost some space of compassion, love, and courage. Thankyou for the privilege of being in your space, the courage you have demonstrated to be possible to live a life of legacy, and the space you have fostered for me to grow and be on my own human journey. Till we see each other again. Raja.

Richard,

Thanks for being the extra ordinary person you were as a Landmark Forum Leader. It was my privilege to be trained under you as a LFL and to also know you after wards in the journey of corporate transformation.

You are loved and respected, always.

Thanks for your visit to India.

Richard, I was blessed to know you through my extensive participation in Landnark and beyond, through your courses and mentorship of my husband. You impacted us both so greatly and changed the way we relate to ourselves, our callings, and the world. I got to facilitate a class with you - you were my guest at the MBA program. Your mastery was out of this world amazing and I am honored to call you my mentor and friend. Thank you. I know you are here in spirit, seeing the love and the community celebrating you ♥️

Forever your student and fan,
Shany

Richard changed my life about three or four times over the course of 22 years, in a completely different context each time. He was my champion, teacher, mentor, and friend. He was the embodiment of ruthless compassion and the wisdom of beginner's mind. I miss him so much.
