5 years may nearly have passed but its still as raw to me now as the day you left us behind. I hope you're having a good catch up with gran, grandad, uncle jack & the dogs. You're always in my thoughts, the pictures on my walls & spoke of every day. Will always be missing you. Love you more every day that passes. Until we meet again, all my love - the apple of your eye

His Life
October 30, 2022
Born 20th april 1939, one of 6 children to Nellie May & Arthur. Growing up in brockmoor, attending the boys school & the going on to work Round Oak, Brierley Hill, and then Albion Works. Met his wife in 1956 and went on to marry in 1957 with the first of his children Robert Henry junior born 1957, John micheal born in 1959, and Margaret Janet born 1960. And along came the grandad children at last with Simon, Gemma, Adele & Kelly.
Work led him to Triplex Lloyds in Brettle lane until he retired in 2014.
Enjoying his retirement & days out at the seaside, at last along came his great granddaughter Ellie May. Truly in his elements, he didn't go anywhere without her. Apple of his eye and couldn't do any wrong in his eyes.
Sadly this happiness came to an end in the early hours of 6th november 2010. Fought for life as much as he could but finally made the journey to be reunited with his Mom, Dad & brothers. Missed always & forever telling your silly stories to keep your memory alive. Love always wherever you may be now XXx
