Always in my heart
Romano Delgado Jr., 58 of Mount Laurel passed away on July 15, 2017
after a 15 month long battle with stomach cancer.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked for the
State of New Jersey and loved his job and the people he worked with.
Romano was an incredible man who passionately embraced life. He always
had a smile on his face and never complained about anything. Romano
enjoyed traveling, especially going on cruises, fishing, talking to everyone
who crossed his path and especially spending time with his wife, best friend
and soulmate.
He is predeceased by his father Romano (Roman) Delgado.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen Goat-Delgado, his mother Augustina
Gonzales, his brother Angel Delgado, three sisters Luz Delgado-Lugo,
Carmelita Davis, Marisol Crockett, his two sons Raymond and Jason
Delgado, three daughters Melissa Delgado, Brenda Torres and
Carmen Colon, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces
and nephews.
Romano's last request was not to have a funeral or any
memorial services; as difficult as that is his request will be honored.
