Rosa Wilkerson Norton, 77, a resident of 8139 Herman Wilkerson Road died Saturday, September 4th at Brantwood Nursing Center.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late Herman James and Beula Hayes Wilkerson. She was a member of Mt. Creek Baptist Church and was employed by Duke Hospital as a telephone operator.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Tuesday, September 7th at Mt. Creek Baptist Church by Rev. Johnny Richards. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Surviving are a brother, Herman B. Wilkerson(Marion) of Creedmoor, a sister, Alma W. Beddingfield and a brother Macon Wilkerson preceded her in death.
Visitation 7:00-8:30 PM Monday, September 6th at the Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford.
