The day mommy was inducted into the Rose Award Hall of Fame..and the day we found out she had cancer.

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Ruby Ramsey, 70, born on August 22, 1940 and passed away on March 8, 2011. We will remember her forever and forever hold her close in our hearts.

Mommy I just couldn't write anything here on Mar.8th,2017.. Words cannot describe how much I miss you. Life has not been the same since you gained your wings. When you left you took a big part of my heart with you.. I know I will be seeing you again someday when my work on this earth is done but it is so hard with you gone.. You are cancer free now and I am so thankful for that and you are at peace and you deserve that so much.. Love and Miss you more and more everyday.. Love your baby girl, Barb

Mommy not a day goes by that I don't think of you.. I have cried an ocean since you passed..I pray you know how much I loved and love you...You were the heart of our family and now that heart is broken.. I can't tell you how lonely I am without you. You were the best mother a person could be blessed enough to have.. Someday I will see you again until then I will be missing you so much <3

My mom was inducted into the Rose Award Hall of Fame on March 24,2010, that is the same day we found out she had cancer. The Rose Award is for Service of Excellence. Mom worked at Holiday for 20+ yrs.. It wasn't a job for her, it was another family for her. She loved her work and all the people she met became important to her, they became friends.. Mom never met a stranger and she was a loving person who would help others in any way she could.. She is missed so much and life will never be the same wihtout her..Thanks to all who were a part of her life and loved her too..
  Sleep well sweet angel and we will all meet again someday.. Heaven will never welcome a sweeter momma and earth will never lose a greater soul..
