Sara came to us here in Redmond a vibrant and amazing young woman. I met her on one of my trips to JC Penney in Bend. It was a brief connection but we both lived in Redmond and we are such a small community that we’re all part of a unique connection. I cannot even begin to say how the dimming of this amazing life affects all of us. Sara was only here a short time in Oregon but she was one of ours, too. We grieve our loss and the loss to her family and friends. Closure is an elusive myth but maybe, with time, her family can find some peace and comfort with the good memories of a good and awesome heart that will always belong to them.
