I'm lighting this candle in honor of Wennie, and the memories I have of her. I stayed across 85 in the late 80's when the Maja Lounge was poppin. Ann and I would get in late sometimes. Wennie would be in bed with Mrs. Teacake and she was up while all the other children was sleep. She was such a joy to see, she would say my name and make it sound so good to me. Angie B Baaaaaby. Lol. Wennie I admire the woman you grew to be. Such a great inspiration to others. You will be missed. Rest on sweet Angel till we see each other again on the other shore.
