Shirley was my beautiful big sister.  She was 15 when I was born.  She was my 2nd mom, especially after our mother died in 1996.  My first memory of my big sister was her little MG convertible car.  I couldn't have been more than a few years old but I remember loving that car.  Or maybe it was loving us being together in that car.  My memories are vague but her husband told me that they would sit me on the middle console of that car and take me cruising with them.  He said I would hang on to her and she would hang on to me.  We never stopped hanging on to each other.
