He will be greatly missed by me and all of the class of '66. I give thanks for Steve's life. He came this way but once. Yet, He touched our lives in many ways while he were here. I shall remain eternally grateful for his friendship and for the influence he bestowed upon all of the class of '66 from North High School.

We send this tribute to celebrate the life of a truly genuine, dignified, and honorable man. We are grateful for having had the opportunity to know and interact with Steve. He touched us and so many others with his kindness and loving ways. Steve’s spirit was infectious and was a positive example to everyone. He taught how to be dedicated to our intentions, responsibilities, and purposes. He was a conscientious worker for Christ, and our church family benefited greatly from his consistent influence. Steve showed us how to love and be supportive of one another. For all these reasons, he will be forever missed. We extend our condolences to Mary and family. Blessings to you!

Rest In Peace our dear brother! We will maintain our memory of you in very high esteem.

Sincerely,

John, Ruby, and Bryan Chavers
