The son of Mr. Sylvester Clark, Sr. and Mrs. Lillie Maude Childs, Mr. Clark was born in Columbus, GA and attended high school in Ft. Campbell, KY. He was employed with an Atlanta area Publix for many years. 


Survivors other than his parents, include: his significant other, Shirleana Spellman; a son, Joshua Clark; three daughters, Anjanette Clark, Lakesha Klaif (Baron) and Isriannah N. Spellman; eight grandchildren; five brothers, Everett Childs, James Childs, Jermaine Clarke, Adolphus McAlpine and Kenneth Clarke; seven sisters, Belverly L. Williams, Theresa Wright, Christy Flynn, Bernita Dallis, Janet Green, Sylisha Clarke and Hilda; his stepfather, Mr. James Larry Childs (Wanda); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to include Patricia McCrary.
