You were born 14/08/61 to in Birmingham U.K.the youngest of 7 children Sidney ( passed ) carol, Sheila and pat ( passed )  Pauline and Tony and  we met in 1987 and had a son Jamie in 1988 and a daughter Theresa in 1989, we were married on 14/08/1996 your birthday… we had a good life and over the last few years we enjoyed time with our grandchildren and loved day trips and camping and fun family holiday…you got a pain a simple pulled muscle but a X-ray showed stage 4 lung cancer… at a appointment for treatment you contracted covid and passed away on 22/09/23 you will me missed forever…and loved always
