This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Theresia Wakuna Niana Asong nee Ngwendson, 28, born on March 4, 1983 and passed away on July 20, 2012. We will remember her forever.
Rom 8:18-25
18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that[a] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
I am lost for words...I remember our days in GHS Bokwango, who did not know of our cafiage (group) -all beautiful sisters hanging out together and always on the lookout for each other. We shared our dreams and hopes. We laughed, played, sung, competed and got into trouble together.
Eventhough I had to return to my birth country (Zambia) on short notice after O Levels, my memories of you girls have always stuck with me. I never got to say a proper goodbye then and even now you left too soon not giving me the chance to say goodbye :'( .
Thank God for the internet that has allowed us to keep in touch, HI5 and facebook kept us connected we would chat whenever we both were online> I was looking forward to having a reunion soon where we would again like in old times share our journeys, successes and dreams. You were to travel to Europe shortening the distance between us. NOW my heart breaks to know that you are no more. If tears could bring you back... we had just a year together.but it was like we had known each other for life.we were only three who could speak in english in the whole class of just french students.u gave me the zeal to study German wen i lost the hope.wen i went to germany,u told me we would be together one day;in a place where we have always dreamt of.i cant imagine u left me behind all alone in germany.why did u have to leave us like that.if i have not forgotten , we spoke on facebook in April before and after ur wedding.u reminded me of the PLAYSTATION i promised ur son.i dont exactly know what am feeling right now.its like am dreaming.the class heard and everyone things its a lie.what an untimely departure.death is cruel

Naina,that was the name i choosed to call you,the very first time you told me your names.oh how times flies.you were loved my all in class,especially by our English teacher because you were so good and could flow well with him during English periods.the most adorable times in class was when we had free periods.she will gather us together and we all sing with her.she thought us so many songs,songs i have been singing since i heard of your untimely death.i hope our other friends will remember your songs and sing with me.friends like Eyere Esther,Tita Damarine,Tafri Jane,Eposi Clara,Tande delphine,Maria Ewokolo.etc.May your gentle soul RIP.I WILL MISS YOU DEARLY MY FRIEND.BUT PREPARE A PLACE FOR ME TILL WE MEET AGAIN.ADIEU MRS ASONG.
