on 3rd of april 1983 it was easter sunday at 12 05 pm when his first grandaughter was born .lesley anne chippendale .how proud he and my mum are to have such a special gift  i remember my dad our kathryn and our ronnie and joan margaret all waiting for me to give birth the the most beautifull little girl anyone could wish for .she was loved by us all but my dad loved every bit of her he use to come home from work and say i could see her little face all the time.when she got older he use to tell my mum to meet him and take her on the bus with him while he was working and i remember her breaking all his trophys and he said lesley anne chippendal you break anymore of grandads trophys ill break your thomas the tank i did giggle and still do everytime i think about him.my dad was a good grandad and dad and we miss him all so much .my mum and dad was both simply the best parents anyone could have and i thankyou both for being there when my little lesley-anne was born we all love you and miss you both give her a kiss from us all dad xxxxxxx
