TRIPLETT, Jack Michael proud father of Andrew Loudermilk, Adam Triplett, and Dylan Triplett. Loving brother of Tina Triplett (Keefer Davis) and Theresa Triplett.  Grandfather to Haidyn Barnes Triplett.Uncle of Amanda (Shawn) Huckaby, Tonya (the late Alex) Curnett, Jacob Jacklee Hess, and great-uncle to Cole Curnett. Survived by his longtime sweetheart, Gaylene Angel. He was loved by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack Marvin and Wanda Lee Triplett; grandparents, Loyd and Alda Hahn, Earl and Frances Mullins. Passed away Tuesday June 18, 2019; age 56 years.

A Celebration of Mike's life will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 5pm until time of service, which begins at 6pm with a repass following. Located at LifeChurch 8480 Cincinnati Columbus Road (US 42), West Chester, Ohio 45069.
