Oh sweet sweet Wally

How I miss you! I miss those just because text messages and those sweet handsome pictures of your handsome self! Your big beautiful blue eyes that you had to constantly reassure people were your real eye color

You were always so easy to talk to bc even if you didnt understand or couldnt understand something you always listened and showed compassion. You just wanted people to trust you bc honesty was your biggest trait.

To love you was a pleasure never a burden.
From loving you in your first army days till now it hurts everyday

You will forever be “my future boy”

His Life

Wallace Padgett Marsh (all about my brother )

He was born July 13th 1987 he was born ready he loved sports and loud racing cars. Before he was born I remember it was like yesterday everytime my mom changed gears in the truck he would start kicking he loved the sound of loud motors before he entered this world . Around 1993 he started school at Leesville road elementary and he started playing basketball when he was about 8 years old. Around 1998 he started school at Brookville Middle school which then he started playing baseball too . On June 9, 2000 he welcomed his nephew into the world his nephew always looked up to him wally was Joel's hero. Then he entered Brookville High in 2002 and he graduated June 9, 2006 .He immediately entered the army in Fort Hood in 2006.Later on was stationed in Texas around 2007. Then he got drafted to South Korea around 2009 and served a year there. When he arrived back home from South Korea he got a job being a delivery driver at Papa John's and worked there about 4 years and was also taking online colleges at liberty university. Then got a job at Walmart in Appomattox va around 2014 and worked there about 5 years and his spare time he coached basketball. He got a job in 2021 at Terry auto Sales and then got a job at kias of Lynchburg around 2022 and also did Doordash for extra money on the side. Then on May the 11th 2023 at 10:55 p.m. his life was cut short by a irresponsible person running their car into him. This was just devastating for all of us especially his parents sister and nephew. When he was a kid he loved power rangers teenage mutant ninja turtles and playing the  xbox. His favorite thing to eat was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches grilled cheese macaroni and cheese doritos pizza or beef noodles (anything quick ) etc. He was a awesome friend to anyone that he was friends with and a awesome brother and son and uncle and nobody will ever forget him his nickname mom gave him when he was a kid was Roger rabbit

I remember it like it was yesterday  i was five years old and our mom had to go to the hospital during the night in the ambulance to have my brother and she had him on July 13th 1987. Before my mom got pregnant with him mom and dad asked me what I wanted a brother or sister and I asked for a brother and I got one even though he is gone forever he will always be my brother but he's my brother with wings now I'm going to always miss you and love you Wally you will never be forgotten you was a awesome brother
