Wendy was my big sister and especially in later years my friend as well.
I miss her more than I could possibly say.
She spent many years researching our fathers family tree, was often frustrated but also had contact with some wonderful and interesting people.
She was blessed with five children, (her eldest died at 9 years of age)
And one of her seven grandchildren died at 9 months of age.
Wendy spent many years fostering and one in particular, a young man became part of her family.
Life was tough for Wendy but she never gave up, she fought a good fight and in the end earnt her angle wings.
