William was one of my good friends at Crichton school. I will always cherish our friendship. He was always smiling. Fly high my friend you are now pain free.

Well Bubba we said our final farewell to you today and I can say it was one of the hardest things I have had to do in a very long time..... A little over six years to be exact. You looked so handsome in all your finery and you looked so peaceful and pain-free that helped just a little. I know you was sitting on your cloud looking down upon us and even though you hated to see us all upset cause you never wanted to cause us no pain I know you were smiling from ear to ear from the send off your brothers gave you. They love you and respect you and I know that they honored you like you so deserved. Be at peace give everyone a kiss for me and we will see each other again soon. I LOVE YOU BUBBA

I'll always remember William for just how big he was but how he made you feel even bigger. His heart knew no bounds. I'll never forget my seventh grade year playing football. I got a chance to go into the game for some reason to give William a break or something. As we ran passed each other he grabbed me and said "Hey they are big, just go for his ankles". Well I did and I can still close my eyes and see that every time. Just shows how much he cared for others. My prayers go out to his family. William you will be missed greatly..

I remember William from school he was my brothers age, he was such a likeable person always smiling and friendly towards everybody, as we got older i would see him out and he hadnt changed a bit, Im glad he had a wife just as wonderful as he was you guys deserved each other not to many sweet caring people out there as you guys he will most definitely be missed by many.

A gentle giant with a heart twice his size. He is perfect in the presence of our Savior, Jesus Christ. His perspective and his courage the last time we met was a testimony to the peace that passes all understanding. To Mary, April, and April and the rest of the family me and Susie continue to hold you up in prayer.

I met him only once but he was a quite friendly man. He has suffered greatly he is now at feat!

William you will be missed by so many. I didn't get to know you real well but what I did see & talk to you I could tell right off what a extra ordinary man you were. You loved to joke cuz I remember asking you one day how are you, an your answer was I'm sitting up so I'm good...I hate you was in so much pain an now I know your not suffering anymore. You had the best Wife, Mother, Sister, Nephew and Aunts & Uncles who love you with all their being an one day we all will get to sit with you again... Fly High my Dear Friend..

I will never forget the Big Teddy Bear who helped me when I had surgery on my big toe and you went home and brought back a huge flip-flop for my foot; I wore it all day, and kept my toe from hitting things! You would sometimes bring me a piece of cold fruit when it was so hot and humid. Never did I hear you speak ill of anyone. I can still hear your laugh. You fought a long battle, and it was time to set you free from your struggle. The time I spent with you will always be precious to me. God has welcomed you into Heaven and you will be pain free for eternity. I so believe we will all see you again, but. Until then, I will say See ya later William and love you!

I haven't seen him since school but he always smiled then and was always fun to be around! Watching April live through this has been one of the saddest things I have witnessed! I know he was a good husband and she will love him forever! He will always be in the hearts and minds of those who knew him! May he rest in peace and never be troubled again!

Bubba you are my hero you fought a battle like nothing I have never seen before. From the day you found out you had cancer you excepted it as your destiny and never once got angry. None of us could ever take what you did the way you did and as bravely as you did. You put everyone's feelings above your own but that was nothing new you never thought about yourself. Even in your last few minutes you were thinking of us not yourself but finally we convinced you to put yourself above all others and to go fly with the angels and you finally did. I will never forget you and what you meant to all of us. Fly with the angels and ride with the wind. LOVE YOU FOREVER WILLIAM

William, I will always cherished our childhood memories from all of our lil Crichton kids. We lost touch after we grew up, went our separate ways, but the memories were never far from my mind. I followed you, your mom, your wife, & sister on Facebook to see how you were doing, praying all the while, saying to myself " I am going to go see him" , but we, as adults, let other things come in between those plans & we always say " I'll do it tomorrow" we'll my tomorrow never came & for that I am truly sorry. But your pain is over, you are having a great reunion in the sky with those that have went on before you. I am sure your dad, your Aunt, & your grandpaperents were there with Jesus to welcome you in to your new eternal life of no pain. I may have not got to see you on this side of heaven, but God gave us a promise that if we followed him we would one day unite with those that went before us, so I'll see you afterwhile my old friend. Until then enjoy heaven. Much love to your family.

Words can't express my sympathy for my family. William u will be missed big guy. I'll missed u on games on face book. We are blood but so many miles away. I love u and have great memories of our childhood days when we visited. Hug my mom n dad when u see them. The suffering days are over. Your mother is an amazing women and your wife is strong and your family will miss u deeply but I know your with them. Fly high big guy!!! We will see u again someday. Your daddy I bet welcomed u with open arm. My love n prayers to all my family. Love u cuz!!!!
