Mr. Willie Fred Wiggins, age 77 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia on Thursday May 29, 2014.

Funeral services for Mr. Wiggins were conducted on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Ed Grooms officiating. The interment followed in the Centralhatchee Baptist Church Cemetery. Music was provided by Shelia Shelnutt. Those serving as pallbearers were Dennis Wiggins, Dwight Wiggins, Cam Warren, Corey Buchanan, Cody Buchanan, and Greg Harper.
