Abe loved to connect to all through his smile and his voice. It might be a ready song from his heart, a long and winding story from his past or a pun from his vast collection (the worse the pun, the more he smiled).
Abe was a part of my childhood - I remember his quiet dignity with much fondness. Util now, I didn't realize how close in age he was to my dad, Joe Vlasits - who, had he survived, would be turning 90 on August 7. The "greatest generationals" will live always in our hearts. martha
Anyone that knew Abe knew that he was such a wonderful father,friend&husband.1 thing I loved about Abe besides how lovable he always was to me and that great smile he always shared with me was how passionate he was with the word game.I loved him like a dad.He is truly missed.Barb
