This is very sad news. Though I have not seen him in years, I still remember his wanting to take part in everything life had to offer. Rest in perfect peace. Amen
I am so glad I got to see you at the last reunion. You were the same Bayo, who lived directly on top of me at the UCH housemanship residential hall. Full of life, smiles and laughter!!!! You could laugh!!! May The Lord grant your family the strength to bear your absence, and remember your joyful personality. Rest In Perfect Peace.
Bayo, I was fortunate to spend three wonderful days with you during my visit to Winnipeg last September. Little did I know that you will be gone so soon. I will miss your charm and your love. Your loss is very painful but the impact of your work on the disease that ultimately claimed your life will be a treasure to the world. RIP my friend.
Its with great sadness to hear today that you are gone... Your humility, affection and simplistic approach to life made you an enigma... I am inconsolable at your sudden departure... May the almighty God grant you eternal peace and protect all your loved ones left behind... YOU WILL BE GREATLY missed, Bayo.... Rest in perfect peace!!!
"Life is too short; you've got to make your mark now!" - thats what you said and thats what you did! Didn't know Thanksgiving Wednesday in my kitchen was our last pow wow. We miss you already. Sun re
Bayo! Siki P! Ever full of the joys of life. A real boy to man of the people. I celebrate your life and the goodness you fulsomely exuded. Heavenly bliss is all I wish you. God bless your beautiful soul my friend.
Bayo, Rest beloved brother. No doubt, an untimely departure. May the Lord Bless those you left behind and bring great comfort to your loved ones. And may your passing give the rest of us a sense of purpose and urgency regarding our lives. I will remember you with great fondness.
Siki-P, though already in shock at the recent death of my dear Mum a few days ago, the news of your death sent me into further shock & mourning. Words fail me but the memory of our usual banter at our re-union do 3yrs ago helps soothe the pains. R.I.P dear friend, till we meet to part no more.
Sun re o Bayo. You fought this disease that ultimately claimed your life gallantly and landed a bunch of solid punches. On behalf of the multitude of patients, who will benefit from your immense contribution to the field of hematology, and many of us, whose lives you enriched, I say thank you!!
Bayo, what a special person. Folarin said about you; "that was a friend". How true! Solid as a rock. You lit up everywhere you went. You worked so hard in your chosen field and touched so many. You lived your life to the fullest. A fond memory of you is one of you wanting to eat anything I cooked whenever you were around. Special! You would be sorely missed but celebrated. Sun re o Bayo!
