Michel Madar and Israel Taekwondo Federation are very sorry to hear of the passing of General Ahmed Fouly, Vice President of World Taekwondo. We are addressing our sincere condolences to his wife Miri and their children. He was a man of great courage, peace, noble heart and a great friend. His passing will be a terrible loss to the entire World Taekwondo Family. Rest in Peace very dear Ahmed.

I met the GEN. Fouly (Vice-President of WT and a President of WTA) many years ago. From the first moment I realized that I was in presence of a Man of great inner culture and a defender person of good values, not only in Taekwondo culture, but for "Life".
In this moment of deep pain, I would like to leave a word of encouragement to his family.

It is very bad news to learn of the passing of this beloved man M General FOULY.
Since I have known this great person, I have always appreciated his human qualities through his kindness and his personality.
He has done so much for African Taekwondo and for International Taekwondo that there are few words to describe his journey. He is an example to me and he will remain so.
I wish his family, loved ones and all those who loved him all the courage they need to overcome this ordeal which saddens us.
The French Taekwondo family joins in my grief in offering to all of you their sincere condolences.
