Poppy loved his grandchildren very much.  He was the same Grandfather as He was a Dad.  He was always just happy to see you guys, brought laughter and a smile to his face and you could see that he felt truly blessed.  Poppy would have done anything for any one of his Grandchildren, in fact I think it  made him happy to be able to do things for each of you. In the summer, often he would have us over and he would barbeque and you kids would swim.  I'm going to miss Poppy's cooking, and all the fun we had swimming and sitting in the jacuzzi.  Poppy was the greatest and most wonderful Dad and Grandpa...I'm sorry you guys didn't have more time with him here on this earth but we will all be reunited someday.  God Bless The Greatest Angel in Heaven...Poppy, Dad.. We love you and miss you more than can possibly be expressed but we know that Heaven is a better place now that you are there.
