My wife and I were truly saddened to learn of Alex's passing. We went through school together and had several meetings since then. From the first day we met at Gateway, he was always the nicest kid in any room. I'm sorry for your loss.

Dear Carissa and Dennis,
This very sad news of Alex's sudden passing brought back so many memories of a young boy at Woodbury Heights Elementary School. He was bright, eager to learn, and had such an gentle look when you were conversing with him. I truly can see him very clearly, and reflect on those days long ago. As the years have passed, we lost touch, but his years were gone way too soon. I pray for peace and comfort in the coming days to be upon you all. May Alex find the loved ones he lost long ago and be at "home" with them.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this tribute for a man who was taken too soon. Alex was one of very few words, but he touched many who had the privilege to know him. I will miss our holiday gatherings with Alex and his father together on the sofa watching and commenting on whatever game happened to be on TV, I will miss the wonderful way he had with the little ones in the family, I will miss him. Rest in peace Alex.

Alex know this You were deeply loved by all! I will miss you sitting with the other "guys" at the family gatherings we shared.  I will always treasure the Memories of the times I was around you; Your special Gentle spirit will stay around all of us always. I was lucky to have had the Privelege to be selected to be your Godmother, and still have the little charm and Christmas Ornament you gave me when you were a little boy!
