Alyssa I have cried every night for the last three years and now I will cry the rest of my life as Moira and I miss you and love you we plan on getting married and haveing  children together so you will have brother's or sister's to watch over and Moira and I plan on telling them all about you. we love so much and even though we will have other kids you will always be my princess because dady can only have one princess my other daughter's if god so chooses to bless me with will be my little girls you can only fill the princess shoes. I will cry and think of you every night till I am with you again.

On April 28 2004 Alyssa was born to Philip and Melinda De Luca. She came home after two days in the hospital and started her life.Alyssa was fun to be with she made everyone laugh from the time she was born. It was her first birthday came and when Phil came home from work he noticed Melinda took Alyssa and her oldest daughter and left the home. By Alyssa's second birthday a divorce was filed and the court made Melinda to let Phil visit with his daughter. Now Phil would see his Alyssa every other weekend until November 17 2007 when DCFS took Alyssa and her sister's into protective custody when a judge told Melinda and Phil no visits until DCFS services are completed DCFS Champaign made sure Melinda had them and DCFS Chicago did not so on Febuary 1, 2010  Judge Klaus terminated Phil's visit's with Alyssa so Alyssa is now with her mom woundering if her dady loves her and misses her. On June 5,2010 Philip was able to his daughter in three years in the hospital as she passed in his arms. This man cried so much over his little girl because he loved her and missed her. Philip has been in pain since her lost his daughter 3 years ago and with the loss of her he wants justice. Please remeber this little girl lost three years with her father's side of the family and now they lost her for ever. Please keep this family in your prayers.
