Loving daughter of Julie Shand and Ben Wormleaton. 

I gave birth to this beautiful baby girl on 3 July 1990,at Nepean Hospital,Penrith.

We lost her beautiful soul on 2 September 1990,at home (Joseph Street,Kingswood),in her cradle.

Amy was only 2 months old!

It was Father's Day Morning! 

We buried her at Richmond Cemetery.

Amy has one sister,Sarah and two brothers,Mark and Tim.
