Thank your for dressing one of my children and for teaching the other math.

November 14, 2014

Kristin, Carrie & Emily,

Even though it's been many years since we lived across the street, I have so many vivid memories of your wonderful mom...

Without her, Kimmie would not have had the fabulous wardroom she had (at the age of 3).  Your mom woud call me whenever she got back from a shopping trip to Nordstrom--and we would go through her purchases together (while drinking wine coolers, of course).  Then a year or two later--those beautiful dresses would be Kimmie's to wear.  What fun!

Without your mom, Danny very well may not have passed third grade. While I was busy dressing Kimmie in style, your mom was teaching him his multiplication tables on the way to St. Catherine in Morgan Hill.  Granted, she was really trying to teach them to Kristin, but Danny was in the back seat commiting the answers to memory!  Worked out great for him (and better for me)!

I think of your mom always with a smile.  Thank you for sharing her with me.

Love,
Mrs. Cleaner

One time, in highschool

November 9, 2014

One time I was at Ms. Chomuik's house after a high school soccer game with Carrie. I remember waking up the next morning and her commenting on how amazing it was that I could take my "crazy gone to bed wet now afro curly mess" of hair and tie it into a tight bun she was used to seeing. Anyone that knew me in my highschool days could appreciate this. Ha..brings a smile to my face, just like it did then. And I'd also like to make a public apology for confusing 275 and 75 in the directions I gave her when trying to get Carrie to my house for our famous edible cell. I know that made it a little difficult to find."
