A native of Smith Station, AL., Mrs. Perry was the daughter of the late Willie B. and Mozell McKissic Williams. Residing in Columbus most of her life, she retired from Swift Spinning Mills and assumed the duties of a home-maker. She was a devout member of St. Benedict The Moor Catholic Church.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Perry and five siblings, Add Williams, Willie J. Williams, Albert D. Williams, Sally Madden and Hattie Williams.

Surviving are two loving and devoted children, Theresa P. Spratling and Jasper Perry(Cynthia); three grandchildren, Courtney Perry-Flowers(Jarrod), Chelsea Spratling and Jarred Spratling; a sister-in-law, Laura Jean Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
