A few years ago Mom came to Atlanta. Mary and I took her downtown to see a theatrical play- Old Man River!  We sat in the audience while the star sang that Old Man River song with his incredible deep voice. We glanced over at Mom and she was sobbing with tears running down her face! It was so moving... so wonderful!
