That man is a success
who has lived well,
laughed often and loved much;
who has gained the respect of intelligent men and women
and the love of children;
who has filled his niche and accomplished his task;
who leaves the world better than he found it,
who looked for the best in others,
and gave the best he had
You were that Man
It is painful that you are no longer here
We’ll always remember
you Dad because
there’ll never be another one
to replace you in our hearts,
and the love we will always
have for you
I am at peace, my soul’s at rest
There is no need for tears
For with your love I was so blessed
For all those many years
