Dear loved ones of Barbara,
As I have been thinking about Aunt Barbara since her passing a few weeks ago, I fondly remember our family treks to CT and later PA to visit the Beasley clan having gathered many lasting memories upon returning home. I am especially grateful for the last two opportunities I had to visit with her. The first was at Uncle George and Aunt Elinor’s 60th (?) wedding anniversary celebration at Cindy’s home. It was a delight to spend time with Aunt Barbara, as well as her children Sharon, Jeb (Linda), and Matt. In spite of the many years since I had seen her, she was as familiar, in the most pleasing and best sense, as I had remembered her. The last time I had the privilege to be with her was during a family gathering at her home in Topton last summer. I was able to sit with her during lunch and enjoy chatting with her and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. What a beautiful family gathered around her!
I am thinking of you all in your loss of one so dear and praying for God’s peace and strength in the days ahead.
With love,
Martha Dinsmore Arnold
