Barbara “Bobbie” Mary Tse, 62, of Glendale, AZ passed away on February 4, 2015 at Banner Thunderbird Hospital from natural causes. Barbara was born June 8, 1952 in the Russian sector of East Berlin, Germany. In 1953, Barbara and her mother, Ingrid, traveled by boat to New York. From there they traveled to Michigan where they lived for a short time before Ingrid’s husband, Clendis St James, was stationed with the Air Force in Louisiana. Before the St James family had finally settled in Phoenix, AZ in 1967, they had been stationed in Munich, Germany, Frankfurt, Germany, Spokane, WA and Rapid City, SD.

Barbara attended Moon Valley High School in Phoenix, AZ in the class of 1970. She was married in 1970 and later had two daughters. Barbara was divorced in 1980 and then re-married in October 1991 to Edward James Tse. The couple met while they were both working for the US Post Office. Barbara shared her love of dogs, particularly the Schipperke breed, with her husband Ed. Many of the couple’s dogs were featured at local dog shows and had won several awards. Barbara also served as chief steward at several of these events.

Barbara is survived by husband Edward Tse, daughters Francesca Jaramillo and Heather (Jaramillo) Evans, grandchildren Scarlet Shearin and Reese Evans, mother Ingrid St James, siblings Inga (St James) Farmer and Clendis St James Jr, nieces and nephews Steven Trainor, Jennifer (Trainor) Kanning, Erin Torgerson, Kurtis Torgerson, Ariel St James, and Clendis St James III.
