You're mass was today. I just can't believe it. I didn't want to. At the mass everything felt so surreal and then your mom got up to talk about you and I lost it. Tears that I've been fighting back because it wasn't suppose to be real, the tearscame pouring down. I will always remember that sweet smile of yours and the gentle touch.

My sweet baby boy - your service was absolutely beautiful, you would have loved it. Your dad sang such beautiful songs and your cousin Adam read a reading as well as your buddy Parker. I also spoke to you and I know your arms were wrapped around me as I read to you. I love you so much and am saddened by how you left us, but you will forever be in our hearts! Mommy kisses........

Oh little Ben - why did you leave us? You have left sooo many people in pain and I'm sorry you thought this was your only option. We will never get over this trajedy. Rafael sends his love from afar and said you were closer to him than any of his blood cousins. Thank goodness we have our memories. This is a good lesson/reminder that this can happen to any family, any family.

Ben is truly the best cutest young man I've known .
