Betsy was by far my best friend. She was the kindest person I knew. One thing I can say for sure was she wanted nothing but love in her sons life. She knew he was going to need family who loved him unconditionally. I hope and pray that she is smiling down on us now. We were at Mark's graduation and Betsy would have been so proud to see that. Just know my friend I will always be there for him no matter what with my arms open wide, just as you would have been. Love you Betsy!

I can't believe it's been 8 years since you've passed. I miss you more and more every year. I remember when I moved in with her and married her brother and we laughed through the whole ceremony. It was the best day of my life. I remember prom when her boyfriend and my husband were on the dance floor and started clapping their knees like hillbillies and so me and Betsy walked off the dance floor and left them standing because we were so embarrassed!

I miss her so much. My heart still hurts over her. It is very rare to have a friendship as long as we had. She is my best friend and always will be. There will not be anyone like her.
