Generosity must be a Manby family mission. Bill was so generous with his time and talent. And Bill’s family was generous to share him-especially these past few years. Bill’s love of his family was always front and center – as was his integrity, his kind soul and wise ways. Bill, your courage, optimistic attitude and chuckle will be a guiding light forever. May God bless you all.

Thinking back on the time I spent at the Manby home in my teens, the word that immediately comes to mind when I think of Bill is "gentle". What a kind man and doting father. Leaving a legacy of 4 bright, compassionate and independent women, Bill's life will continue to have a ripple of good touching so many. Sending all my love to Chaz, Nikki, Teri, Jodi and Lori. xoxo Tiffany

Whenever I met Bill at the mailbox I was struck by what a pleasant and gentle man he was in the face of great challenges. Chuck had the opportunity to play golf with Bill on many occasions and said that Bill was a true gentleman and also could hit the ball down the middle. Our condolences to the entire family for your loss.

Chaz and girls: It's difficult to find words for your grievous loss. Bill's life was a gift to everyone who had the good fortune to know him. I hope the myriad of memories of the wonderful life you shared together will help cushion the sadness of his death. His passing leaves a hole in the fabric of your lives. Mark and I send loving thoughts to each of your and your extended.

Manby family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Bill, your will is carried on through a great group of children which I am proud to be related. I know our family has a lot of good memories during special events and know the world is a better place for having the 70 years with you in it. You fought a difficult fight in this world and now it is time to rest easy and enjoy eternity.

Manby family: Heartfelt sympathy and sorrow to you all as you go through this time of grief. Bill was one of those extraordinary people who will never be forgotten. Playing golf with Bill was truly enjoyable. His smile lit up my life, and I have and will continue to miss him, but we will go on the best we can, and look forward to the time we see him again. Bill's friend Charlie.

Bill guided my partner and I through two start-up businesses over the 12 years we have known him. A true friend, mentor and colleague we will miss him. I am paying his guidance forward by participating in the Univ. of Denver's Executive Mentor program, guiding the newest of graduates towards their careers.
